Here comes a DJ mix featuring new stuff on the new GOMMA DANCE TRACKS label.
GOMMA DANCE TRACKS is Gomma’s new sub label for dancefloor-only tracks. Started only 6 months ago, but making already more waves then we ever dreamed of. The last DANCE TRACKS EP was number one of the JUNO download charts, Itunes selected one track as “Remix of the year” and Aeroplane, Classixx, Mike Monday, Still Going and many others are putting the tracks in their playlists.
Here comes a little mix of most of the GOMMA DANCE TRACKS releases. Including new stuff out this spring:
HORSE MEAT DISCO’s remix for Phenomenal Handclap Band, new Gomma artists MOULLINEX, TELONIUS, MUSTANG and CECILE’s new jazz house bomb “Rimmel” and yes: also Cut Copy’s remix for Munk which got so much props from Pitchforkmedia and is currently used by VIVIAN WESTWOOD for her shows.
This mix was made by Mathias MUNK Modica who created Gomma along with his schoolmate Jonas TELONIUS Imbery. Munk will come up with a own, new 5 track EP in spring 2010.
